Meet Brownie, a lively little low-rider bursting with puppy charm! With his adorable mix of dachshund, lab, and mystery spice, he’s all ears, short legs, and big personality.

Brownie is around 5 months old, and weighs around 18 lbs. He is full of wiggles, curiosity, and energy. Whether he’s romping in the yard or trotting beside you on a walk (he’s still learning the leash!), Brownie is happiest when he’s engaged and included.

Brownie loves his chew toys, gets super excited when his people come home, and thrives on playtime and attention. He gets along with other dogs and kids, though his play style can be rambunctious—older or more reserved dogs might find him to be a bit much. He’s a joyful, bouncy companion who’s ready for a home that can match his energy and give him the structure he needs.

Brownie is making great progress on potty training with regular outdoor breaks, especially after meals, and he sleeps well in his crate as long as he’s close by. Brownie is eager to please but, like any young pup, will need continued training and supervision to help him grow into his best self.

Brownie is a young, active boy who will thrive with daily walks, playtime, and a family that won’t leave him alone for long stretches.
